TOPS PASSWORD RESET 1. Call DPS: 512 424 7293 2. Dial 2 for TOPS 3. Dial 0 for operator 4. Tell them you need to reset password and security questions. They will ask for your Social Security # 5. Google: TOPs External App to get to TOPs website. 6. Press 'cant login' 7. USE AN EMAIL YOU HAVE ACCESS TO when following the steps - create 3 security questions and write them down. 8. Go To email and click on the verification link. 9. Return to TOPs and login.

7. When you get to 'duties' type: Observe and Report 8. following remaining steps to submit application. it will come to TCS for us to pay and verify.
